AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE 1AYOR AND ""ITY CLERK
TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT FOR THE LEASING
OF BUILDING NO. ONE LOCATED ON THE MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and empowered to lease building No. One located
on the Municipal Airport in the City of Little hock, Arkansas
to W. G. Lea ,upon such terms
and conditions as the Airport Committee of the City Council
may agree.
SECTION 2. WHEREAS, this building is used for the
operation of a restaurant and such service is necessary for
the convenience of persons using the airport, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this ordinance is found to be
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
health, and safety, and same shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
