AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CHIEF OF POLICE OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO REMOVE VEHICLES PARKED
IN VIOLATION OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE: CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the chief of police of the City of
Little bock is hereby authorized and empowered to remove or
cause to be removed from the streets and public places of the
City of Little Hock any vehicle parked thereon in violation of
any of the ordinances of the City of Little Rock, or laws of
the State of Arkansas.
SECTION 2. WHEREAS, such action will aid in the
handling of traffic, an emergency is hereby declared to exist
and this ordinance is found to be necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, and same
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
