AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR ANNUAL VACATIONS FOR CERTAIN CITY
EMPLOYEES OF T:-1E CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Whereas, Act 73 of the Acts of the 1935 Legislature of
the State of Arkansas grants to each member of the Fire Department
an annual vacation of not less than fifteen (15) days with full pay,

Whereas, the Little Rock City Council, by its Ordinance,
grants to each member of the Police Department an annual vacation
of not less than fifteen (15) days with full pay;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LITTLE ROCK CITY COUNCIL:
SECTION '36. Each regular employee of th- rity of Little
Rock (not including the members of the Fire or Police Departments)
shall be granted an annual vacation of not less than fifteen (15)
days with full pay.
SECTION 1 -A. The provisions of this ordinance shall
apply only to those employees who have been employed by the City
for a period of one year or more.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shell
take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
