NO. 5372 OF TtIE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LIT-
TLE ROCK, A UTSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the
City of Little Roc.., Arkansas:
Section 1. That Section 4 of Ordinance
TTo.5372 of the Ordinances of the City, of Little
Rocs: be, and the sane is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"It shall be unlawful to sell beer or light
sines within three hundred feet of any
church in the residential section of the
Cit;r of Little Roc�L. The residential section
of the City of Little Rock shall be any part
of said city that is outside of the fire zone,
as is no,,; or may hereafter be fixed by, the
City Council, a--rid the business section of the
City of Little Rock is that part of said cite*
within the fire zone."
Section 2. All Ordinances and parts of Ordi-
nances in conflict here -lith are hereby repealed,
and it being ascertained and found by the Little
Rock City Council that the unrefulated sale of
beer and light :,Tines in the Citr of Little Rock
constitutes a menace to the public peace, health
and safety of Little Rock, and requires the im-
mediate passage of an Ordinance to regulate and
control the sale of beer and light wines, an emer-
gency is hereby declared to el:ist, and this Ordi-
nance shall be in force and of -feet frog, and after
its pas sane .
