AN ORDINANCE DECLARING LOT THREE (3), BLOCK 427, DUVALLS'
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, TO BE IN THE APART',iENT DISTRICT;
AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420; A�iD FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY SHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the property known as Lot Three (3), in
Block 427, DuValls' Addition to the City of Little Rock, heretofore
designated as being in the "Two- family District" under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, be and the same is hereby declared
to be in the "Apart,!ient District" under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the re- classification of said Lot Three (3), Block 427,
DuValls' Addition as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "Apartment
District."
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
insofar as same conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and approval.
