ORDINANCE # 9513.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #3541, PROVIDING
FOR THE SALE OF LOTS IN MT. HOLLY CEMETERY; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. From and after the passage and approval
of this ordinance, the Board of Directors of the Mt. Holly
Cemetery Association shall have the authority to sell lots
in said cemetery for such an amount as the said Board, by
resolution, finds to be a reasonable price, and ordinance
#3541 is hereby repealed, in so far as it effects the price
at which Board of Directors of said tit. Holly Cemetery
Association shall sell lots in said cemetery.
