AN ORDINANCE: GRANTING PERMISSION TO G. W. MASSERY AND J. K.
MASSERY TO ERECT TWO IRON POLES, SIGNS AND FLOODLIGHTS AT THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF THIRD AND RINGO STREMS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That G. W. Massery and J. K. Massery
are hereby - rante& permission to erect two iron poles, signs
and flooslirlats between the sikewalk and curb line at the
Northwest corner of Third anO. Rinvo Streets in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, said poles, signs and floodlights to
serve a proposed fillins, station to be ereeted on said property,
aeeording to the plans ant specifications now on file in the
office of the City Engineer.
Section 2. T'riis ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage and. approval.
