AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE PROPERTY AT 920 HARRINGTON
STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO BE IN THE COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 542.0; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS;
Section 1. That the property known as 920 Harrington
Street i the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore
designated as being in the "Residential District" under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, be and the same is hereby declared
to 'be in the "Commercial District" under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance, to permit the erection of a store building upon said
property.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification of said property at 920 Harrington
Street as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be here-
after known and classified as being in the "Commercial District."
Section 3. The City Engineer of the City of Little Rock
is hereby authorized and directed to issue a permit for the
construction of a store building upon said property known as 920
Harrington Street to Fred Stern upon payment of the n roper build-
ing permit fee therefor.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
