AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE PROPERTY AT 2015 EAST SIXTH
STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO BE IN THE BUSINESS DISTRICT;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the property known as 2015 East Sixth
Street in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore desivnated
as being in the "Two- family C District" under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, be and the same is hereby declared to be in
the "Business H District" under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
to permit the construction of an additional two rooms to the rear
of a store building located thereon to be used as a residence.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
attached thereto and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification of said property at 2015 East Sixth
Street as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being; in the "Business H District."
Section 3. The City Engineer of the City of Little Rock
is hereby authorized and directed to issue a permit for the
construction of an addition to the store building as outlined
herein to Ernest Schlereth upon the payment of the proper building
permit fee therefor.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
