AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIA ING THE SUM OF THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS FROM THE AI ORT, FIRE EQUIPMENT AND HOSPITAL FEND, AND FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN HU DRED FIVE DOLLARS FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY, TO PAY FOR THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN FIRE EQUIPMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. E= IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROC 9ARKAN S: << SECTION 1. SECTION 2. Whereas, the City is in immediate need of fire hose, an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance is found to be necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety and the same shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
