ORDINANCE # 5553.
AN ORDINANCE REPELLING ORDINANCE # AND CHANGING
THE NAME OF OVERMAN PARK TO FAIR PAS: AND IFOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.

of 19379 is hereby repealed and the name of the
City Park property formerly known as Fair Park is hereby chang
to Fair Park and the City property shall hence forth be known
as the Fair Park.
SECTION 2. WEREAS, it is necessary that the Park
property be correctly named, an emergency is hereby declared
to exist and this ordinance is found to be necessary for
the preservation of the public peace, health and safety
and same shall be in full force and effect from and 'a'tttt'
its passage and approval.
