BE IT ORDAIN-EM BY ZTq.E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. Effective on day of_��
19 8, the position of Building Permit Inspector, now held by
is hereby abolished and the duties
of said inspector are hereby transferred to the City Engineering
department.
SECTION 2. IMEREAS, the City revenues are depleted,
it is necessary for this ordinance to be effective immediately
and the ordinance found to be necessary for the immediate preser-
vation of the public peace, health and safety, and same shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
