An Ordinance Declaring the East Half (E2) of Lot Seven
(7), Block Thirteen (13), Faust's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, To Be in the "F" COT=ercial District as Defined in
Ordinance No. 5420; Amending Ordinance No. 5420] Granting Permission to
Build a Business Building; of Frame Construction on said Property; and
For Other Purposes.
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTIE
Section 1. That the property on the Northwest; corner of
Seventh and Bishop Streets described as the East Half of Lot Seven,
Block Thirteen, Faust's Addition to the City of Little Rock, heretofore
designated as being in the "L`" Apartment District under the terms of
Ordinance No. 5420 known as the Zoning Ordinance be, and the same hereby
is declared to be in the "F" Commercial District under the terns of said
Zoning Ordinance.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the z oning map thereto
attached and made a part thereof is hereby amended to permit the reclassifi-
cation of said East Half of Lot Seven, Block Thirteen, Faust's Addition to
the City of Little Rock, as outlined in Section 1 hereof,�aid property
hereafter to be known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial
District.
Section 3. Thatpermission be and hereby is granted for erection
of a one story business building of frame construction, as the terms "business
building" and "frame construction" are defined in Ordinance Xo. 4866 on said
East Half of Lot Seven (7), Block Thirteen (13), Faust's Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage and approval.
