ORDINANCE # 5578.
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 54-20 KNOWN AS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE, INSOFAR AS IT AFFECTS THE EAST j OF THE
WEST 2/3 OF LOTS 7, 8 and 9, BLOCK 61 PULASKI HEIGHTS ADDITION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK., ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That from and after the passage and
approval of this ordinance, the East j of the West 2/3 of Lots
7, 8 and 9, Block 6, Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of
Little Rock, shall be classified and zoned as a commercial
district, and Ordinance No. 5420 is hereby amended to include
the above described property in a commercial district.
Section 2. It is hereby specifically found as a
matter of fact that all requirements preliminary to the passage
tble •rdinanao required by said ordinance, or State,
have been not and Bally complied with.
Section 3. Council finding that the classification
of this property in the commercial district is necessary to
beautify and preserve public peace, health and safety of the
citizenship of the City of Little Rock, an emoftency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in fall force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
