AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE FOR AND RECEIVE BIDS
CERTAIN SUPPLIES NECESSARY FOR THE LITTLE
1 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
ARKANSAS:
C BOARD OF PUBLIC
FOR AND TO PURCHASE
ROCK CITY HOSPITAL;

CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. Board of Public Affairs is Authorized and
directed to advertise for and receive bids for a Three (3) months
supply of Drugs, and Groceries to bused by the Little Rock City
Hospital during the months of April, May and Jane, 1935; Board
of Public Affairs is authorized to purchase said supplies from the
lowest and most responsible bidders. The anticipated list of said
Supplies, Drugs, and Groceries is now on file with the Secretary
of the Board of Public Affairs.
SECTION 2. WHEREAS, said supplies are immediately
necessary for said Hospital, an emergency is hereby declared to
exist, and this Ordinance is found to be necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety,
and same shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
