AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS OR
SO MUCH THEREOF AS MAY BE NECESSARY FROM THE CITY GENERAL FUND
TO PAY FOR FERTILIZER AND OR TOP DRESSING FOR THE GREENS IN
THE FliIR PARK GOLF CLUB AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE, CITY COUNCIL:
SECTION I. There is hereby appropriated from the
City General Fund the sum of $75.00 or so much thereof as may
be necessary for the purpose of purchasing fertilizer and or
top dressing for the greens at the Little Rock Municipal
Golf Course located at Fair Park; and the Mayor and Board
of Public Affairs are hereby authorized to advertise for and
bras
receive bi-b for said material and they are further authorized
to purchase same.
SECTION II. Whereas top dressing or fertilizer is
necessary immediately at this time to protect the said greens
in the said golf course an emergency is thereby declared to
exist and this Ordinance is found to be necessary for the
immediate nresemtion of the public peace, health and safety
and the same shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage.
