AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 5420 KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE BY RECLASSIFYING LOT THREE BLOCK
ONE HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE OF THE ORDINAL CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK AND PLACING IT IN THE APARTMENT
DISTRICT AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

Section 1. Ordinance No 5420, of the ordinances of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, known as the Zoning Ordinance,
is hereby amended by changing the classification of Lot 3,
Block 155 of the Original City of Little Rock, from tke
two - family residence district classification to the
apartment district classification.
Section 2. Wkereas work on repairing said property is now
being held up and the beginning of the work will give
employment to a number of men now unemployed an emergency
is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance is found to
be necessary for the immediate preservation pf the public
peace health and safety and tke same shall be in fall
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
