SECTION 1. from and after the passage and approve
of this Ordinance, Section 9171 eCe of Brickhouse & Castles Digests
said Section being Section 3, of Ordinance No. 4889, passed duly M
�1931 I& hereby repealed. Said Section which is hereby repealed,
reads as follows to -tit.
"Vehicle to be kept moving. - -Every such vehicle shall
lbe kept moving in the line of traffic upon the streets, of Little
Rock whenever the loud speaker attachment is in operation, and no
such loud speaker shall be operated with such volume as to disturb
or annoy residents or a-ccuepte of business houses or buildings
adjacent to the street along which said vehicle is being operated.'
SECTION 2.. WHO, several applications for parmissic
to operr1e sound truck& are pending, and license fee provided
therefor, can be immediately collected, qnd said money is needed
in the general fund, an emergency I& hereby declared to'exiat, and
this Ordinance is found to be necessary for the immediate preaervat
of the public peace, health, and safety, and same shall be in full
force and effect from and. after its passage and approval.
