AN ORDINANCE CRW-ZW A COMMISSION TO BE KNOWN AS THE LITTLE ROCK AUDITORWAtQWWON9 NAMING THE IMMM OF SAID CE WISSION9, 14INO THEIR DUTIES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES BI IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS SECTION 1. Therein hereby created a'commission of the City of Little Rock to be known as the Little Rock Auditorium Comission. Said Commission shall be a^honorary.eommission and shall be composed of Five (5) members as follows to-wit:. &aid Commission is hereby authorized and empowered to fill vacancies arising in ite membership, by Mote of the majority of ;raj e.members of the * aaian. SECTION R. Said Commission shall have full and completE charge of the new Little Rock Municipal Auditorium ihen sane is completed, and turned over to the City. In order that the City may have preparations made for immediate use of said Auditor when same is constructed and completed, the Qommiealon herein provided for shall have the poser to immediately organize to make I& study of methods of operation, proper rules,and regulations (aeaeanery therefor, so that, said Commission may make its report tp the Council at the earliest possible date, so that, the Cote #,11., may adopt such further rules and regulations and Ordinances as are proper and necessary for the economic success of the Auditorium. SECTION 3.
