AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE WEST HALF (Wj) OF LOT SEVEN (7).
BLOCK THIRTEEN (13), FAUST'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO BE IN THE "FM COMMERCIAL DISTRICT AS
DEFINED IN ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

Seventh and Bishop Streets - described as the West half of Lot
Seven, Block Thirteen, Faustte Addition to the City of Little
Rock, heretofore designated as being in the $D" Apartment
District under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420, known as the
Zoning Ordinance be, and the same hereby is declared to be in
the "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning reap
thereto attached and made a part thereof is hereby amended to
permit the reclassification of said West Ralf of Lot Seven,
ik rteens #'gust's Addition to the Cit4 of Little Rook'
as outlined in Section 1 hereeY, said property hereafter to be
known and classified as being in the OF" Commercial District.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are herpby repealed and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage and
approval.
