ORDINANCE NO. 5604
An ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 5 20 and for
other purposes.
BE IT ORDAIM BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTIS
Seotdoa 1. Ordinance No. 5420 ._ is hereby amended by chang-
ing the classification of Lot 6, Block 9, W. B. Worthen Additien
to the city of Little Rock from one family residence, or class
B to commercial district or class F.
Section E. It having been ascertained and found by the
City Council of the city of Little Rock that the above de-
scribed property should have been zoned as business property
in the first instance, and that the change should new be made
in orderer have the M property properly developed by its
owner, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and all or-
dinances and parts of ordinances

conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinameo
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage
and approval.
