AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING W. A. SAUNDERS TO
MAKE CERTAIN CUR3 GTOT90 9 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE 'CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS '
SECTION 1. Authority is hereby given W. A'. Saunders
to make a Fifty (50) foot curb cut on West 3rd Street and a
Hundred (100) foot curb out on Cross Street on the property
described as the West 50 feet. of Lots I and 2, Block 2:93; original
City of Little Rock; provided., however, that the said W. A. Saunder
shall stand all expenses incident to the cutting of said curbs,
and in addition, shall be responsible for all maintenance and
repairs. which are necessary as a result of the making of said
curb cuts.
SECTION 2. WHEREAS the said W. A. Saunders desires to
erect a building on said property, and Rork can not be started
until the authority herein contained becomes final, an emergency
Is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance is found to be
necessary for-the immediate preservation of the public peace,
health, and safety, and the same shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
