WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law t�e City Council
of the City of Little Rock has heard all parties de�iring to be

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City df Little Rock
Section 1. There is hereby established an improvement dis-
trict embracing Izard Street from the north property line of
Markham Street to the south property more of North
intersection at Garland Street), P articularly
as follows;
Lot 129 Block 277; South 50 feet of Lot 1, Block 277; North 90
feet of Lot 1, Block 277; Lot 122 Block 352; Lot 1, Block 352;
Lot 7, Block 139; North 35 feet of Lot 6, Blockl39; South 105
feet of Lot 6, Block 139; South 75 feet of the West 50 feet of
Block 351; and North 75 feet of the Viest 50 feet of Block 351,
all in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
For the purpose of cleaning, removing wooden blocks pand resur-
face on present concrete base with asphalt type s on
arrangement with W.P.A. that it furnish the :labor and the property
owners furnish the material and incidental costs.
Said district shall be known as Izard Street Improvement

district.
That the assessment of benefits shall be paid in successive
annual installments at the rate of 25% of the tax levied. The
first installment to be due and payable within thirty days after
the passage of this Ordinance.
The second, third and fourth installments shall be due and
payable in one, two and three years respectively after the passage
of this ordinance and shall be paid t.b the Collector of the City
of Little Rock on the 15th day of September of each year.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
