AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ONE, TWO AND THREE,
BLOCK THIRTEEN, PULASKI HEIGHTS ADDITION, AMENDING ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That property known as Lots One, Two and
Three, in Block Thirteen, Pulaski Heights Addition to the City
of Little Rock is hereby reclassified and re -zoned as "two -
family LN property under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420
passed February 15, 1937, and said Ordinance No. 5420 and the
map thereto attached and made a part thereof are hereby amended
to permit said reclassification of said property and same shall
hereafter be known and classified as being in the "two - family
C" district.
Section 2. Whereas, the passage of this ordinance
will result in improvements being made on the property mentioned
herein and said improvements will. give employment to many
persons now unemployed, and the employment of people being
necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety of the citizens of Little Rock, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage and approval.
