CA_�TLES DIGEST; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS'
SUCTION 1. Section 2132 of Brickhouse & Castles Digest is
hereby amended to read as follows:
" It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicle to be operated
upon the Streets or Alleys of the City, except it shall display
regulation license tags of the State of .�rcansas for the current
year, both front and rear, and if it Ue a Little .oc'<c car, the
license tag of the City for the current year. Such numbers shall

be displayed conspicuously in an upright position and in unobstructed
view on the car to which they were issued, any be '_cept reasonably
clean.
In the event that the person to whom a license is issued
purchases another car and wishes the license transferred from the
car for which it was originally purchased to the new car, then
that person shall be recuired to present the original license and
number, or furnish satisfactory proof that said license has been
removed or destroyed, and nay a fee of fifty cents (`:0.50) for a
transfer license."
