AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS TO
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That Lot 3, Block 1, Riffel & Rhoton's
I Ridgeland Addition to the City of Little Rock, also known as
416 Pine Street, City of Little Rock, be and the same is here-
by declared two - family or rooming house property within the
meaning of such terms as set out in Ordinance No. 5420 of the
City Council of the City of Little Rook,
Section
2. That the
City Engineer
be and
he is here-
by authorized and
instructed to
issue proper
permit
for an
addition or additions to the residence upon said property for
the purpose of changing such residence into a two-family
residence or into a rooming house when the owner of said
property complies with the requirements of his office.
Section 3. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith, particularly the provisions
of Ordinance No. 5420, be and the same are hereby repealed,
and that this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication.
