AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO ENTER INTO A LEASE FOR THE LEASING OF PROPERTY
AT THE AIRPORT TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute a lease, leasing a certain portion of the Municipal
Hangar located at the Little Rock Airport and belonging to the

City of Little Rock, to the United States of America for use of

the Civil Aeronautics Authority.
SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it is necessary to execute said lease
immediately for the protection of Pilots using said Airport, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance is
found to be necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health and safety, and same shall be in full force and effect
