AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE FOR. AND RIVE BIDS
FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE AUT13LOB31B FOR USE BY TAE
CITY MILK INSPECTOR: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The Mayor and Board of Public Affairs
are hereby authorized to advertise for and receive bids for
the purchase of one automobile for use by the city milk
inspector and to purchase same from the lowest and best
�Oidder.
SECTION 2. Whereas, the said milk inspector is,
in immediate need of an automobile and said automobile is
necessary for the proper and efficient work of said
inspector an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance is found to be necessary for the preservation of
the public peace health and safety and the same shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
