ORDINANCE NO. 5699•
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO, 5420 OF THE
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE HOCK, ARKANSAS, RE-
CLASSIFYING LOTS FOUR, FIVE AND SIX, BLOCK TEN, FAUST'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIN$D BY
SECTION Xe That Lots Four, Five and Six, in Block Ten,
Faust 0s Addition to the City of Littl a Rock, Arkansas sare
hereby re -zoned and re- classified from the present Residential
District to that of Apartment District, under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5 420 of the Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock and said property shall hereafter be known and
classified as being in the Apartment District; and said
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 and the district map thereto
attached and made a part thereof are hereby amended to permit
the re- zoning and re-classification as herein stated.
SECTION 2. The City Engineer of the City of Little Rook
is hereby authorized and directed to issue a permit for the
construction of a four - family apartment upon said Lots Four,
Five and Six, Block Ten, Faust's Addition (being the Northeast
corner of Eighth and Battery Streets), upon payment of the
proper fee therefor.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
