AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUtd OF ONE
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY -ONE AND 25 /100
DOLLARS (1, 3:41.2.5). FROM THE GENERAL FUND
OF THE CITY TO PAY THE SOUTHWESTERN BELL
TELEPHONE COMPANY FOR ANNUAL POLE RENTAL;.
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE: CITY Q! TJNCIL O..V -; k
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS'
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
(General Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of Thirteen
Hundred Forty -one and 25/100 Dollars ($1,341.25), and the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue the City's warrant
in said amount payable to the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company
as payment in full for annual rental on telephone poles belonging
to the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company and used by the City.
SECTION 2.. WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to
use said poles, and use must be immediate, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this Ordinance is found to be necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety
and same shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
