AN CRDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 5420
KNOWN AS THE ZCNING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK BY PROVIDING FOR APPEALS.
TO` THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE:
CITY OF LITTLE. ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 5420, known as the Zoning
Ordinanco of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, is hereby
amended by adding the following Section which shall become Section
ighteen (18) of said Ordinance No. 5420.
"Tha Board of Adjustment shall have the following
powers and it shall be its duty:
4(1) To hear and decide appeals where it is alleged
there is error in any order, requirement, decision or determination
made by the Building Commissioner in the enforcement of this.
