That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as 11 indicated: 12 Z -8824: Described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 8, Block 38, Town of Mabelvale, now in 13 the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and that part of former alley way closed per 14 Court Order 68/482: From R -2, Single- Family District, to C -4, Open Display 15 District (10700 blocks of Sardis Road and Woodman Street). 16 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 17 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 18 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 19 Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days after the date of its 20 passage and approval. 21 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 22 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 23 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 24 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 25 ordinance. 010 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
