3 ''`` AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO 20 381 (JANUARY 18
4 2011) TITLED 8624 INTERSTATE 30 LONG -FORM PID (Z- 2725 -D), AND
5 REVOKE A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT LOCATED AT 8624
6 INTERSTATE 30, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; TO DECLARE AN
7 EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 20,381 was passed on January 18, 2011, establishing a PZD, Planned
10 Zoning District, titled 8624 Interstate 30 Long -Form PID (Z- 2725 -D); and
11 WHEREAS, the time for approval of the 8624 Interstate 30 Long -Form PID (Z- 2725 -D) has expired
12 and the owner of the subject property has agreed to the repeal of the PZD ordinance and restoration of the
13 zoning classification as previously existed;
14 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
15 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
16 Section 1. That Ordinance No. 20,381 is hereby repealed, removing from the official zoning map the
17 classification PID, Planned Industrial District, and restoring the I -2, Light Industrial, zoning
18 classification.
19 Section 2. That the property described as:
20 Part of the NW '/4, SE '/4, NE '/4, and Part of the NE 1/4, SW '/4, NE ' /o, all in Section 36, T-
21 1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described
22 as follows: Beginning at a point on the southerly right -of -way line of Young Road, lying
23 25.00 feet south of the northwest corner of said NW '/4, SE '/4, NE '/4, thence along said
24 right -of -way line, S87 °48'49 "E 340.00 feet; thence S02 °1 1'28 "W 266.46 feet to a point
25 on the northerly right -of -way line of Interstate No. 30; thence along said right -of -way line
26 S85 013'20 "W 51.83 feet; thence continuing along said right -of -way line, N89 °21' 15 "W
27 262.62 feet; thence NO 1 °30'47 "E 289.52 feet to a point on the southerly right -of -way line
28 of Young Road; thence along said right -of -way line S87 °48' 16 "E 19.0 feet; thence
29 SO1 °23'01 "W 95.01 feet; thence S87 043'31 11E 59.89 feet; thence NO1 °21'33 "E 95.15 feet
30 to the point of beginning containing 3.718 acres, more or less. AND Part of the NE '/4,
31 SW '/4, NE' /4, Section 36, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being
32 more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the southerly right -of -way
33 line of Young Road, lying 25.0 feet south of the northeast corner of said NE '/4, SW '/4,

NE '/4; thence SO1 °21'33 "W 95.15 feet; thence N87 °43'31 "W 59.89 feet; thence
N01 023'01 "E 95.01 feet to a point on the southerly right -of -way line of Young Road;
thence along said right -of -way line, S87 °51'57 "E 59.84 feet to the point of beginning
containing 5,691 square -feet or 0.131 acres, more or less, is hereby zoned I -2, Light
Industrial District.
Section 3. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Sections 1 and 2 hereof.
Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
Section 6. It is hereby determined by the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock that there is
immediate need to revoke the 8624 Interstate 30 Long -Form PID (Z- 2725 -D).
Section 7: An emergency is therefore declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and
take effect from and after its passage and approval.
