AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #5067 BY INCREASING
THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE FOR `AHOLESALE BEER DEALERS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. Paragraph "Bit of Section 4 of Ordinance
#5067 is hereby repealed and there is hereby inserted in lieu
thereof the following Section which shall be Paragraph "B" of
Section 4 of said Ordinance;
"Wholesale dealers, brokers, or distributors license.
For each wholesale dealer, broker, or distributor, a
privilege tax of One Hundred Dollars ($100) per year.
SECTION 2. WHEREAS; the City is equalizing its privilege
tax schedule and this tax should be equalized in the said tax
schedule, an emergency is hereby found to exist and this ordinance
is declared to be necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health, and safety, and the same shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publi-
cation.
