TOR OF THE CITY OF 4ITT j3 ROQK, ARKANSAS; AND
FOR OTHER MPOSBS

WHO;. in the recent changes made in the duties and
salaries of the City employees, the City 04lectorls salary
was decreased Twdnty -five Dollars ( #25.00) per month; and
KHBRHAS: it was not the intention of the Council to
decrease the salary of the said City Collector; and
NOW THERHFORS BRIT ORDAINSD BY THE CITY COUNCIL,
OF TIM CITY Of LITTLE ROCK, ARW- US
SECTION 1. The salary of the City Collector of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby fixed at the sum of
Two Hundred Soventy -five Dollars (#276.00) per month, said
salary to be paid as other City salaries are paid.
SECTION 2. WHEREAS; said Ordinance is necessary to
correct a situation which the Council did not Intend, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance is
found to be necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health, and safety, and the same shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
