BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROM ",kW4NW
agaTION 1. From and after the passage and approval of
this Ordinance it shall be unlawful to sell, or offer to sell,
any hot tamales, or other produce on the west side of Broadway
at Fourteenth (14th) street or on Fourteenth (14th) street bek*
tween Arch street and Broadway. Any person violating the pro•
visions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemes
and upon conviction in the Little Rock MUnieipal Court shall be
fined in any sum not lose than one Dollar ( #1.00) nor more than
Five Dollars 05.00).
BROTION 8. NHER$AS1 this Ordinance is necessary for
the prevention of disturbance to the people living in the neigh-
borhood, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this Ordi-
nance is found to be necessary for the immediate preservation of

the public peace, health, and safety, and the same shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
