AN HBDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 5420, KNOWN:AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK.
Section 1. That from and after the passage and approval of this
ordinance, the property located at 506 Holly Street, more
particularly described as:
,..= Latszfturi 4 and the North one -half 1
( ) (�s) of Lot Five (5 )
of Block Five (5) of the Pulaski Heights Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
now zoned as residential district "All shall be and the same is
hereby re -zoned and re- classified to District "C" so as to
permit the erection of a two - family dwelling house, and the use
of the said property for that purpose.
Section 2. Since the above and foregoing amendment is an integral
part of the said zoning ordinance and necessary to its operation
and effect, an$ emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
