AN ORDINANCR AVPHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADV13RTISE FOR AND RECEIVE BIDS ON
CERTAIN HQUIPIEUT AS HEREINAFTER SST OUP; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to advertise for and receive bids on the following
equipment for the City of Little Rock:
One (1) aterpillar Type
/Tractor
One (1) Road Grader
Cost approximately $3600

SECTION 2. WHEREAS; said equipment is needed imme-
diately to properly serve the people of the City of Little Rock,
an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance is
found to be necessary for the immediate preservation of the pub-
lic peace, health, and safety, and the same shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
