AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #5420 OF THE
PADINANCES OF`TAE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANr
SAS;. AND FOR OTHRR PURPOSES
BB IT ONDAINBD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS

SECTION 1. from and after the passage and approval
of this amendatory Ordinance, the property described as 16ot 6
and the South One -half of Lot 5 in Block One of Glendale's ad.
dition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, now zoned and
classified as Residence District i�"�� shall be and the sane is
hereby re -zoned and re- elasaified as Two Pamily District RC"
so as to permit the uses described in Ordinance #5420.
SROTION 2. CH AS; this Ordinance is necessary for
the preservation and protection.of the public peace, hvaUh,--
and safety, an emergency is'hereby deo3ared to exist and this
Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
