AN ORDINANCE BUSEM

MHEMMAS, parties claiming to be the owners of two- thirds
in assessed value of the real property located within the ter -
ritory, lying and situate within the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and hereinafter described, have filed a petition praying that an
improvement district be established for the purpose hereinafter
WEMUAS after due notice, as required by law, the City
Council of the City of Little Rock has heard all parties desiring
to be heard, and has ascertained that said petition was signed by
two- thirds in assessed value of the owners of real property within
said territory:
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
SECTION 1. There is hereby established an improvement dis-
triet embracing the following real property within the said City,
to wit:

Chesterfield Square Addition, and run thence West to the
Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 2, Chesterfield Square Ad-
dition; thence North to the Northwest corner of Lot 14,
Bleak 2, Highland Park Addition; thence East to a point five
_(5) feet South of the Southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 2,
Highland Park Addition; thence North to the Northwest corner
of Lot 7,_.Block 2, Highland Park Addition; thence East to
the-Northeast corner of Lot 8, Block 1, Highland Park Ad-
dition; thence South to the Southeast corner of Lot 9, Block
4, Highland Park Addition; thence East to the Northeast
corner of Lot 3, Block 4, Highland Park Addition; thence
South to the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 4, Highland
Park Addition; thence northeasterly to the Southwest corner
of Lot 149 Block 4, Chickasaw Place Addition; thence South
to - the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Winifred Additiox;

The purpose of the said improvement district is the grading,
curbing, guttering and paving, in the manner and of the materials.

South Talmar Street to the rest boundary line of the alley
which is immediately East of Lot 7, Block 4, and Lot 14,
Bieck 1, Highland Park Addition to the City of Little Rock;
South Martin Street from the South boundary line of
'West Eighteenth Street to the South boundary lines of Lot
2E, Block 2, and Lot 3, Bleak 1, Chesterfield Square Addi-
tion, as extended across said South Martin Street.
The said improvement district shall be known as Street
IRproveaent Vistriet No. 534 Tehn E. Bull, Sr., 1h"It;To Pett3
and Henry F. Miller are hereby named Com issioners, who shall com-
pose the Board of Improvement -fdr the said district.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
