AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 5420,
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, INSOFAR AS
IT AFFECTS THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS -
ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:

of this Ordinance, the property located at 1210 Wolfe Street in
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, which property is more par-
titularly described as Lot 11, Block 5, Centennial Addition,
and which is now classified by Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordi-
nances of the City of Little Rock, known as the Zoning Ordinance
in the "C" two - family district, shall be classified and zoned as
"Fn commercial district, so as to permit erections upon and uses
of said property as set forth in Section 6 of said Ordinance
No. 5420; and the said Ordinance No. 5420 is hereby amended to
include the above described property in said "F" commercial
district.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby determines, ascertains
and finds as a matter of fact that all proceedings or procedure

prereauisite to the amendment of said Ordinance No. 5420, known
as the Zoning Ordinance, and particularly the requirements of
i
Section 23 of said Ordinance, as amended, have been met and
strictly complied with.
SECTION 3. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in

i
conflict herewith are hereby repealed insofar as they conflict }
with this Ordinance.
SECTION 4. It being ascertained by the Council that the
i
reclassification of the property described in this Ordinance
is necessary to give equal justice to the owner of said property,
and equal justice to the citizens of the City of Little Rock,
and that this Ordinance is necessary for the promotion and pro-
tection of the public peace, health, safety and welfare; an
emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after s passa and approval.
