WHEREAS; Ordinance #ZO15 nrovided for the assessments
of benefits to property owners for the construction of a sewer
line; and
OHE__E!S; the cost of the construction of the said
sewer line has been paid;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT C-,LDINED THE jITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY LF LITTLE HOOK, AMNSAS

nerecy nepealed in its entirety.
