AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE FOR AND RECEIVE BIDS FOR AND TO
PURCHASE A SUFFICIENT SUPPLY OF PRINTED FORMS FOR THE
GARBAGE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION l: The Mayor and Board of Public Affairs are
hereby authorized and directed to advertise for and receive bids
for and to purchase from the lowest and most responsible bidder,
a sufficient supply of all necessary printed forms for the Garbage
Department; including also forms for statements for trash fees.
SECTION 2: WHEREAS; it is necessary to secure these
forms immediately so that the Garbage Department may operate
properly, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this Ordi-
nance is found to be necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public peace, health, and safety, and the same shall be in
full force and effect from and after the passage and approval.
