AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ADVERTISE FOR AND RECEIVE BIDS FOR AND TO PURCHASE
ONE ONE -HALF C2) TON TRUCK SUITABLE FOR USE IN THE
ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIT -
TLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1:: The Mayor and Board of Public Affairs are
hereby authorized to advertise for and receive bids for and to
purchase one one -half (2) ton truck suitable for use in the
Electrical Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2 WHEREAS; the Electrical Department is in
immediate need of a truck.and the use of such truck is necessary
for the operation of the. electrical department, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this ordinance is found to be ne-
cessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
health, and safety, and. the same shall be in full force and ef-
fect from and after its passage and approval.
