BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1: The '11ayor and Board. of Public Affairs are here-
by authorized to employ the necessary real estate experts to pur-
chase the necessary right -of -gray which the City ',ill need in orde
to secure the construction of an overpass or underpass at the foo
of Arch street to eliminate the railroad grade crossing of the
ELock Island = railroad.
SF:C'TION 2: The sum of Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ( -; 450. 0) j
is hereby appropriated from the general fund of the City to pay
for the expenses of the employment of such experts.

the right- of -way at the earliest possible date in order to . &eep
the funds nov earmarked for this project, an emergency is hereby
de::lared to exist and this Ordinance is found to be necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety
and the same shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
