BE-IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THk CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. The. Mayor and Board of Public Affairs are hereby:
authorized to advertise for and receive bids for and to purchase
the following materials and services:
(1). One automobile.for, the Aecidertt Prevention Bureau.
(2). One car radio for automobile for Accident Prevention Bureau.
(3). First aid, camera, and other equipment for the automobile for
the Accident. Prevention Bureau.

,,,4)_ Five (5) police solo motorcycles, equipped with radio.
(5) . Three (3) - side - cars.. for attachment to police solo motorcycles.
(6) . One three -wheel police motorcycle, for checking overtime parking.
(7). Purchase of 678 metal signs; , and
sufficient amount of bolts,, nets, an beads for signs.
(8) . Purchase of 475 gallons. of paint for painting curbs, zones,
stop buttons and stop signs.
(9). Overhaul eleven (11) police motorcycles now in use.
SECTION 2. WHEREAS; the above materials and services are
vitally necessary to the City of Little Rock in the protection and
preservation of the public peace, healti,, and safety, as emergency
