AN ORDINANCE LEVYING THE ASSESSMENT OF BENEFITS ON THE REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #532, AND FIXING
THE TIME FOR AND PER CENTUM OF THE PAYMENT OF THE ASSESSMNNTS
SO LEVIED IN IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #532.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CQUBCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

SECTION 1. Whereas, the majority in value of the property
holders owning property adjoining the locality to be affected and
situated in district 532, organized for the purpose of grading,
curbing, guttering and paving Brown Street from the south line of
west twentieth Street to the south line of west twenty second I

street, thence west in twenty second street.a distance of forty 1
two feet, have petitioned the Council of the City of Little Rook,
Arkansas, for the construction of said improvement, and that the
cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real property of said

district according to benefits received; and,
Whereas, said benefits received by each and everyblock,'
lot and parcel of real property situated in said district equals

or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and, j
Whereas, the estimated cost of said improvement is three

thousand five hundred 03,500.00) dollars;
Therefore, it is now ordained by the city council of the
city of Little Rock, Arkansas, that said several blocks, lots

and parcels of real property in said district be assessed ac-
cording to the assessment list for said improvement district as
