AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE P.`AYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXE-
CUTE A QUITC"LAIII DEED IN THE NAME OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
CONVEYING TO RAYIaOND IZEBSAMEN FOR A CO'ISIDEI,ATIO i OF y1250.00 CASH,
CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, Raymond Rebsamen has offered to purchase a strip of land
fifty feet in width and three hundred and fifty feet in length,
owned by the City of Little Rock, a part of the 'iaterworks property,
and under the control of the Little Rock Waterworks Commission,
and adjacent to property owned by the said Rayriond Rebsamen, said
strip of land having been appraised by the Little Rock Real ,state
Board, (itAkXxxlxxxicatxxxlgxx YkxlxgxjLk :kxxkxtxixxkklxxkxtzxxxxX� at
a price of w1250.00, now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City C1erh,, be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute a quitclaim deed in the
name of the city of Little Rock to Raymond Rebsamen to certain
property, situated in Little Rock, Pulaski County, 1�rkansas,
described as follows:
" Beginning at the northeast Corner of the = Raymond
Rebsamen lot, the said "Raymond Rebsamen Lot" being
particularly described hereinafter, and running
thence 1� est, along the north line of said ' Raymond
Rebsamen lot, a distance of Three Hundred and Fifty
(350) feet; thence North l ifty (56) feet; thence E st
Three Hundred Fifty (350) feet; thence south fifty
e
(50) feet to the point of beginning."
The said aymond Rebsamen lot being; the prod erty con-
veyed to Raymond H. Rebsamen and Elizabeth Purcell
Rebsamen, by Sloss Realty Company, Inc., by deed
dated September 5th, 1936, which Deed is recorded in
the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for the
County of Pulaski, State of lrkansas in :record Book,
Volume 241, at Pa -e 412; the property therein described

"A strip or -parcel of land in the City of Little lock,
described as follows: Beginning at the northeast
intersecting corner of Iuartin Street and Ozark Avenue
and runninm thence East Along the North Side of Ozark
Avenue a distance of Three Hundred Fifty (350) feet;
thence North One Hundred One (101) feet; thence -Jest
T=zree Hundred Y ifty (350) feet; thence South One
Hundred One (101) feet to the point of beginning ".
SECTION 2. That the consideration for
the sum_ of Twelve hundred and Fifty (41250.00)
upon the payment of said sum by the said -Laymo
LT ayor and City Clerk are authorized to deliver
to t he said Raymond ebsamen.
SECTION 3. Tnis ordinance shall be in
effect from and after the date of its passaTe.
