AN ORDINANCE DEDICATING CERTAIN PREMISES AS RIGHT
OF WAY ON ARCH STREET IN LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, FOR
THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AN OVERHEAD AND APPROACHES
TO THE C. R. I. & P. RWY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS, THAT:
WHEREAS, the Arkansas Highway Commission.in conjunction with
S. Government,. will,, construct an overhead „.viaduct and apjproaches
, w
thereto on Arch Street between 33rd Street and the south city limits in
the city of Little Rock, Arkansas.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to the construction of said overhead
and approaches and for the public convenience and safety the following
premises be dedicated to —wit:
Starting at the intersection of the south right of way line
of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway Company with the centerline
of Arch Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, extended South; thence Southwesterly
along the South right of way line of the Chicago, Rock Island and
Pacific Railroad a distance of 1001; thence Southerly a distance of 4701;
1 thence Southwesterly a distance of 3001; thence Easterly a distance of
101; thence Southeasterly 444, to the South city limits of Little Rock;
thence Easterly along the South city limits of Little Rock 150'; thence
Northeasterly 3951; thence Westerly 901; thence Northerly 7901; thence
Southwesterly 36, to the point of beginning. The above described land
lies in the West Half of the Southeast Quarter and the East Half of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, and
the N 1/2 of Sec. 22, Twp. 1 North, Range 12 West.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the city council of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, that the above described premises shall
