AN ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR PURCHASE OF A SCARIFIER ATTACMMNT FOR A GRADER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to advertise for bids and to purchase in accordance with
law a scarifier attachment for grader at the approximate cost of
Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00).
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
